Susan Richards, SPHR

Founder & CEO

Susan is the founder and CEO of SteelBridge Solutions, Inc., based in Atlanta, Georgia. Her passion and focus are helping clients improve business performance by aligning their human capital programs and practices with business strategy.

With more than 20 years of professional human resources experience, Susan has successfully led and delivered HR technology, strategy, organizational effectiveness, change management and transformation engagements. Her clients span a broad range of industries, including the public sector, energy, healthcare, telecommunications, manufacturing, financial services, consumer business and professional services.

Previously, Susan worked at Wipro Consulting Services, Mercer HR Consulting, Buck Consultants, Deloitte and IBM. She earned an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BA from Maryville College.

Her certifications include Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Professional Project Manager (PMP), Workday HCM, and Project Management. She is active in many national and local professional associations, including The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM), American Payroll Association (APA), WorldatWork, and Project Management Institute (PMI).

Teri Zipper

As the chief operating officer for SteelBridge Solutions, Inc., Teri is responsible for sales, marketing, operations and delivery. She specializes in human capital technology management and customer success.

An accomplished leader with more than 20 years of proven results, Teri provides consulting services to improve HR technology strategy, process, change and execution. Teri previously worked at Mercer and PeopleFluent.

Teri has written articles about compensation and technology and is a co-author for “Managing Compensation with Technology,” part of The Compensation Guide.

She has a BS in business administration and finance from the University of Louisville. She is also a member of WorldAtWork.


Allison Baker

Allison is an Analyst at SteelBridge and has served clients in the healthcare and financial services industries. Her roles have focused on project and resource coordination along with developing deliverables and supporting the project management office. Allison received a BBA in Business Management from University of North Georgia. She is an active member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Kim Seals

Kim is a founding member and co-chair for the Atlanta chapter of Golden Seeds, an investment firm that invests in early-stage women-led businesses. She is also a general partner for The JumpFund, an investment angel fund that aims to invest women’s capital in female-led companies. Her previous roles include global talent technology solutions leader, Workday practice executive sponsor, global HR effectiveness segment leader and senior partner for Mercer. She has a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Louisiana State University and lives in Atlanta, Georgia.

Sandra Murray

Sandra is the global process owner for LafargeHolcim. In addition to her senior leadership positions with ADP and Purolator Courier, she specializes in change management and performance management. She earned her EMBA from the University of Western Ontario’s Ivey Business School. Sandra lives in Paris, France.

Odysseuss Lanier

Odysseuss is the one of the four founding partners of McConnell Jones Lanier & Murphy LLP in Houston, Texas. With more than 35 years of experience, he leads the firm’s Federal Services Group, which specializes in working with federal, state and local agencies. He provides expert consultation in governance, strategic planning, business process improvement, procurement strategies and financial management. In addition, he is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a graduate of Alabama A&M University.

Jim Sowers

Jim is the founder and CEO of Sowers Management Consulting Group, LLC, in Houston, Texas. Previously, he held global human capital leadership roles at Wipro Consulting and Mercer and led human capital and change practices for Buck Consultants, Deloitte Consulting and Towers Perrin. Jim earned a Doctorate of Philosophy, Management of Organizations, from Columbia University; an MBA from the College of William and Mary; and a BA in history from Colgate University.

Marcel De Bary Gagnon

Marcel is Chief Sales Officer of OneGroup, an insurance and risk management firm based in Syracuse, NY. With more than 20 years of experience working for companies like Accenture, Xerox, Atos and Moreau Shepell, she specializes in helping clients bridge sales strategy development and business plan execution. She holds two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees – one in finance and the other in marketing – in addition to certificates in sales management, psychology, technology (database and security) and international accounting. She’s a passionate advocate, working to ignite positive change and provide mentorship for women and girls as they develop their own self-sustaining business and STEM skills.

Stephanie Richards, CPA

Stephanie is currently the finance systems director for Cummins Inc, where she previously held multiple leadership roles, including ERP track leader, controller, SOX leader and AP manager. In addition, she has led various accounting functions for organizations such as Gyrus, Wright Medical and BellSouth Mobility. She is a Six Sigma Green Belt and CPA. She earned her MBA from Christian Brothers University and her BBA in accounting from The University of Memphis. She lives in Memphis, Tennessee.
